SF Navigatour has submitted an application for a Transfer of License to JULIA Group.
Gray Line San Francisco and Gray Line Silicon Valley/Monterey are requesting this transfer in the interest of consolidating the territorial domain in Northern California with the industry knowledge and financial strength of JULIA Group. In addition to the transfer application, the licenses are requesting to enlarge their areas and merge under a "Gray Line Northern California" license.
An agreement signed by JULIA Group and SF Navigatour in March of 2015 ensures at least 5 years of engagement of the local experience and relationships of current SF Navigatour management.

Combining existing territories for:
Gray Line San Francisco (Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Mateo, San Francisco)
Gray Line Silicon Valley/Monterey (Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San Benito, Monterey).
ADDITIONAL TERRITORY DEFINITION:
To the South - San Luis Obispo
To the East - Fresno, Madera, Mono, Merced, Mariposa, San Joaquin, Calaveras, Alpine, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Yolo
FLEET: 57 vehicles ranging from vans to double decker busses.
INSURANCE: San Francisco Incoming Services, LLC carries $5M in Commercial Auto insurance and No Policy Limits in Worker's Comp.
