RAPID CITY LICENSE TERMINATION: APPROVED FEB 19, 2015
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Rapid City License is currently under threat of termination. Letters of Charges for non-payment were issued on January 12, 2015 and emailed to Marvin & Paula Hyde.
12 February 2014: This is the deadline stipulated in the letter of charges that the Licensee needs to notify GLWW in writing with an explanation or request for a payment plan, etc. As this deadline has come and gone without a response from the Licensee, GLWW is required to submit the matter to the board of directors for a vote of termination. Given the historical lack of response, it is prudent to issue a conditional termination recommendation, meaning that if the LOC is not cured by the due date, the matter will automatically go to the board for a vote of termination. |
