NOTE: This application, previously submitted by Starline Tours of Hollywood, Inc for the licensed territory of Los Angeles, California, was reviewed by the Licensing Committee and approved by the board on the condition that Starline Tours of Hollywood drop their City Sightseeing affiliation.
CALL TO ACTION UPDATE: Starline Tours has not dropped their City Sightseeing franchise. They have, however, purchased a separate entity, LA Sightseeing. CoachUSA/Gray Line Anaheim is now requesting that the sublicense be awarded to LA Sightseeing. Below is the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement.
